Unleavened Bread
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup cold water
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
 
Combine flour, water, olive oil, salt. Form a dough. Knead for three minutes. Divide into small balls (about eight). Flatten into thin rounds. Prick with a fork. Cook on a hot griddle. Flip when one side is brown. Serve warm.
